In-depth meetings are an essential part of the Mentor Project. Conducted by academic experts and teaching professionals, these training seminars address central themes for contemporary university education and are open to all participants.
Topics covered include:
- Motivation and active participation of students
- Multimodal communication and the use of the body in teaching
- Inclusion of students with DSA
- Learning styles and active learning
- Specific innovative teaching methodologies.
The meetings are designed to provide practical tools that can be used immediately in teaching practice and to encourage deeper reflection on one’s role as a teacher. The approach is experiential; generally, each meeting involves participants in practical activities.
