Since its launch in 2013, the project has seen a steady increase in the number of participants, which suggests that faculty members recognise the importance of the initiative. This is in line with the growing awareness that improving teaching cannot be viewed as a series of sporadic actions, but rather as an ongoing, structured process requiring strategic vision, collective commitment, and the ability to assess one’s own performance.
Every year, before the start of the academic year, the Organising Committee invites all the university’s professors to join the project.
In 2025, the participants who joined on a voluntary basis were 115 people from 15 different departments.
