During the Staff Week of the FORTHEM circuit, entitled ‘Student & Staff Wellbeing and Innovative Pedagogies’, which took place at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) from 7 to 10 October 2024, the Project was presented as a ‘good practice’ that can improve participants’ well-being by improving teaching skills and creating a social network and relationships between colleagues, from the perspective of faculty development. The Project received great interest from all colleagues at the alliance’s universities and was selected for inclusion in the well-being toolkit, one of the project’s aims.
